At DMM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your DMM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
